Samsara The World Academy hosted a Capacity Building Programme on “Promoting Mental Health Among Students” on Monday, 30th June 2025.
It aimed at equipping teachers to support students’ emotional well-being. The session was conducted by renowned educationists Mrs. Indu Yadav, Principal Lotus Valley International School,  Noida Extension and Ms. Sapna Sukul, who shared valuable strategies and insights on mental health in schools.
Both experts talked of various symptoms which are early signs of mental health concerns. There is a need to build emotional support systems within schools, and empowering teachers to foster a nurturing classroom environment.
The session was interactive, informative, and left participants better prepared to foster a supportive and nurturing environment for students.
