The students and staff of Samsara The World Academy celebrated the International Yoga Day with the theme “Yoga for Humanity”.
The esteemed Principal Capt. Praveen Roy performed asanas along with the team and also talked about the importance of yoga in every individual's life.
She emphasized the fact that yoga not only helps one to maintain good health and body but also helps in getting close to the almighty.
