Samsara The World Academy conducted an Inter-House Yoga Competition held on 25th November 2023 at the school premises.

Yoga is a harmonious blend of physical prowess and mental serenity. Students of classes VI to VIII from all four houses showcased exceptional flexibility, balance, and focus during the event.

The competition featured diverse yoga forms, from traditional asanas to contemporary flows.

In the girls’ & boys’ category, Beethoven & Shakespeare House bagged the first position respectively.

Judges praised the participants for their poise and grace, emphasising the importance of yoga in promoting both physical and mental well-being. The event not only celebrated the art of yoga but also fostered a sense of camaraderie among students.
