Our teacher Ms. Rajbeer Kaur attended an online session on 'Coping Mechanism and Dealing with Uncertainty' on 10th April, 2020. It was initiated by Macmillian. The resource person Dr. Samir Parikh, Psychiatrist (Mental Health and Behavioral Sciences, Fortis Healthcare) conducted the session on Coronavirus outbreak. He suggested some tips and to do list to keep ourselves mentally fit during the pandemic. It was worth watching and listening to Dr. Parik who navigated the mind into positive direction.
