Our Facilitator Ms. Hina Husain attended an online workshop on the topic 'Social and Spiritual Quotient among School Children', organised by CBSE - COE Noida on 15 July, 2020. The resource person was Mr. Kapil Sharma, psychologist and counsellor, Delhi Public School, Aligarh.
He discussed that spiritual intelligence has relationship with self esteem and mental health status of children . So, enhancement of spiritual intelligence can be taken as a strategy for promotion and prevention of psychiatric problem among adolescents and for enhancement of quality of life.
He also enlightened about the Karma Theory, Sacred Texts and Personalised guidance in building the social and spiritual quotient step by step.
Overall the session was very informative and inspiring.
