Our  Facilitator Ms. Rajbeer Kaur, TGT, Mathematics attended an online workshop on 'Magic of Gratitude' conducted by CBSE, CoE, Noida on 12th, November 2020. The resource person was Dr. Priyanka Mehta, Principal, Sarvottam International School. She explained the meaning of the word gratitude which means 'Thankfulness' and is a way of expressing  appreciation with or without an act.

Further, she told about its concept and how to practice it to remain happy and contented. She even mentioned about a research which showed that grateful people are less depressed and sleep better.

She emphasized that a simple 'THANK YOU' has magic. It warms the heart and creates a moment of connection and peace between two people.

The online training session made all the participants more optimistic and added value to their traits.
