Samsara The world school Academy organised an informative workshop for teachers on Monday, 29th May 2017 on the topic " Curriculum Modification and Management Behavior". The resource person Ms. Neerupama Sharma talked about different types of curriculum especially emphasizing on " Piaget Theory of cognitive" and various skills that teacher should follow to make the curriculum easy and interesting for the students. The speaker reflected on good practices in teaching, learning and assessment, in particular how teaching-learning activities and assessment can be the best in order to allow students to reach the intended leaning outcome.She further stressed on the various behavioral approaches which can  be used in different subject areas. She promoted positive thinking and tried to tell through an activity that how a teacher behaves in response to a particular situation and how the teacher can tackle it positively.It proved to be an interesting and a good learning experience.
