Facilitators Ms Pramila Panda(PGT-Physics) and Mr. Mithilesh Chaudhary (PGT-Mathematics) of Samsara The World Academy attended a two day Capacity Building workshop on Physics conducted by CBSE at Indus Valley Public School, Noida on 21st & 22nd October 2019.
The resource person Mr Vikas Aggarwal conducted the workshop with the aim at updating pedagogical skills and enabling teachers to optimise their performance using the latest strategies of teaching.
He stressed upon the importance of conducting hands-on activities in the class in order to promote an easy way of learning Physics and develop logical and critical thinking in students. He further emphasized on framing a standardized question paper with appropriate weightage and evaluation.
The workshop was very interactive and lent new perspectives on teaching the subject.
